No pockets and I had to tie it at my boobs to avoid tripping. She came back with one that could've fit Shaq. The attendant immediately took the standard robe from the locker and said she'd get a bigger one.
I fluctuate between a dress size 14 and 16. I came back at 2 and things went downhill. The lobby reception (near salon and shop) were very nice and professional. (I always stay at the Park so finally no long journey to Venetian or Caesars). I decided to walk to the spa and ask my questions. The message referred customers to the website where all questions could be answered and services could be booked. Call volume was too high and they weren't taking calls. I wanted to confirm and possibly add other services but I needed more info. Most spas allow facility use the day of your services. It's listed in the top 5 so it's a must, right? Ugh. I have my favorites and was excited to visit one that's affiliated with MGM. My favorite part of coming to Vegas is the day spa experience. It hurts to write this review but hopefully it will drive change. It was, all in all, incredible disappointing, and felt as though I was being taken advantage of by these people - to the tune of a $300+ facial. I ultimately paid it, but will never, ever go back. I asked why didn't you tell me that, to which she had no answer. I questioned that, and she said it was extra. To my horror, there was an additional $110 charge for the "hydrating" part of the facial. When the service concludes roughly 55 minutes later, I am asked to sign the receipt. She suggests that She use a certain cream on me, to which I am agreeable, thinking it is a part of the Signature Facial, which references hydration as a component.

Using quite tones, the esthetician takes 3 minutes to analyze my skin and concludes I need more hydration (who doesn't). Regardless, at the time of the facial, I am brought into a darkened room. The Spa is lovely, but has far too many things of which to avail myself. I prepaid for a signature facial at the Aria Spa and Salon, which is required at the time of booking. I will definitely go again whenever I go back to Vegas. The overall environment is also welcoming and relaxing. All of the staff were gracious and welcoming. After my massage, I relaxed in the salt room which helps with congestion. For that reason, I’d go earlier if possible so you won’t be rushed in experiencing the spa. While one might consider it pricey, it really isn’t when you factor in that you have access to the facilities for the day you go. My masseuse took special care with the areas where I said I actually had pain so felt tailored in that way. I did the 50 minutes one, which is enough time in my book. I enjoyed the jacuzzis and eucalyptus steam room before my signature massage. All of your clothes are safe in your lockers for which you can assign your own key code.
Because I was there an hour early, I received a tour of the facility so we wouldn’t aimlessly walk around. They include gratuity when they have you pay for the service at check in, so there’s no need to worry about that later on. Went with a friend and our check in experience was a breeze once we got there.
I stayed at Park MGM so didn’t even have to walk in the heat to get there since they are connected.
